She's 5ft 3ins and 170lbs (77kg) of solid muscle, packing huge 16” biceps and 25” iron hard quads.
But even those tape-stretching figures don't do this physique justice – those shoulders are properly doorway wide and everything about her screams female bodybuilder and no holds barred muscle-girl!
She is, frankly, built like a tank, and when she's flexing on stage she has a habit of dwarfing the other competitors.
Under the spotlight the first thing you notice are those quads – massive, powerful and striated – but when she hits a back shot the lights dim!
She said: “I guess I was never cut out to be a figure girl, it always had to be bodybuilding for me.”
Tamara, 39, was born in Misok, Hungary but has lived and lifted in the London area for nine years.
She started lifting as part of her karate training (she's a brown belt) at the age of 14 which gave her a great foundation. Amazingly she has only been bodybuilding seriously for five years.

She said: “I had an injury which forced me to take a year off then I just went back to the gym one day. I was just throwing the weights around really, I didn't know what I was doing.
“I was training at a really amateur level until I joined Physiques Warehouse and they pushed me on to do a competition.
“I always wanted to be a bodybuilder – never a figure girl.
“I approached Harold Marillier and he checked my Facebook pics and said he thought I had really good potential – that gave me a real boost.”
He was right. After warming up with the Welsh bodybuilding championships Tamara flexed her way to the NAC British bodybuilding title and the NAC World Bodybuilding crown.

She said: “Winning the Ms World title was the biggest buzz I've had from bodybuilding – it meant so much. But I also love that I look better now that I did when I was 30!
“But being Ms World has its responsibilities – I can't step on stage looking anything other than absolutely ready.”
And the muscled-up Ms World is planning make sure she dials it in when she hits the stage again in late 2013 at the Arnolds Europe and the IFBB Worlds.
“I never feel like it's a sacrifice because I love my time in the gym, even when I'm dieting.
“If it was easy I guess everyone would do it
“My best bodypart is my legs, which are huge and still growing, but my favourite bodybart is my back because it has come up so much in the last year, I can't believe it.
She says she specifically targeted her back wanting to get it as muscular as possible so it wasn't overshadowed by her massive quads.
She said: “It's just down to hard work – training it twice a week. When you need to bring a bodypart up you need to break the rules, you need to do whatever it takes.
“I love bodybuilding because it's a challenge – and I'm good at it!”
“Most people are quite positive. Sometimes on Facebook I get negative comments but I don't know why they do it. I never feel the need to comment on fat people's pictures for example. It's always on Facebook, never face to face. They only say 'you look too big' from behind the safety of their keyboards.
“Guys are a bit jealous, I get way more negative comments from guys. I guess they're jealous and insecure.”
Her advice to any girls wanting to take up female bodybuilding is simple “she has to commit to it 100% because if she does the results will happen. But you cannot be a bodybuilder half heartedly, it just doesn't work.”
We can't help thinking Tamara must have committed to bodybuilding 1000% to build her incredible physique and know she has a massive future ahead of her in the sport.
