What contest are you prepping for now? Not competing right now and not sure about next show.

Where are you at!? Just gaining size and seeing how large I can get ;)

How many years have you trained? I started at 14 so 12 years now

Why bodybuilding? I realized I was gifted at gaining muscle easy

How and why did you start ? My dad was a bodybuilder so I grew up around it my whole life.

What is your dream?
Lol - playing music .

What is your short term goal right now?
Just being focused and seeing how big my body can get.

What keeps you motivated?
Living with Jen, we are like kids in lifting - how I can get skinny then train and pass her up in size!

What do you love most about bodybuilding?
Being a powerful woman going against what women are supposed to be to society standards

And what do you hate the most?
How were not respected for working so hard

What is the biggest thrill or moment you have got from bodybuilding?
Dancing and posing on stage ;) I'm a ham that's the funniest part of bodybuilding

How often do you train?
4-5 days a week

What is your program/split?
It changes lol I do what I feel like .

Favorite bodypart to train and why? Shoulders and chest. I just enjoy seeing them pump up . I do not train arms at all . They seem to stay the size they are from doing back and chest .

Improvements you are targeting ?
Calves are my very weak area, also the thickness of my back needs improvement .

What tips would you give to newbies?
Stick with it and its never to late to start !!!

Favourite supplement and why?
I don't really have one . Just food ;)

Kids – how many and ages? No children yet . However we are discussing having some soon. My only 'aka kids' are three little dogs in the house. Henry, Roxy and Lucy . That's me and Jennifer's babies for now ;)
