She first stepped into the gym as a pretty but skinny Swedish 18-year-old just three years ago weighing a very average 114lbs (52kg).
But thanks to an intensity, focus, and a pure love of bodybuilding, rarely seen on such a young trainer she packed on almost 30lbs of solid muscle in just two years and now weighs in at almost 142lbs (64kg).
It is the way she has packed the size on which has astonished onlookers and experienced bodybuilders however.
She has built huge delt caps and super-thick back while retaining her tiny waist. Her bulging, detailed quads create a superb X-shape while her biceps are eye-poppingly peaked .
She has so much muscle in fact that in a recent posing session with ultra-muscular female bodybuilder Sheila Bleck Sophie more than held her own.
Sophie's real USP however is that she has managed to retain a pretty, feminine, almost girlish quality while packing on all that muscle – and this will serve her superbly well in forthcoming competitions.
Pretty she undoubtedly is but be under no illusions Sophie Arevbrink is 100% bodybuilding beast the moment she sets foot in the gym.
It wasn't always that way – like many women (and men) her first trip to the gym was an intimidating experience.
She said: “I remember the first time I walked into the gym. I was scared, I was skinny, and I was ashamed. I thought it was so embarrassing. the only thing I saw in the mirror was a tiny little girl and untrained
"Fortunately, it has happened a lot since that day. I've had a sick minded drive since the first day and it has slowly but surely changed my body.
“Every morning I woke up with a single goal in the head, and whatever happened that day, nothing could get in the way of me and my goal. If it meant that in the middle of the night in a snowstorm I would have to cycle to the gym then that is what I would do.”
And Sophie has only just started – her goal is to get huge.
“I know the physique I will be able to build in a few years, but I can not even imagine how much it will take out of me.
“My current weight is 64 kg, which means that I'm up to my heaviest weight now. I have NEVER weighed 64 kg and had so much mass that I have now.
“I want to continue to add more muscle on me. And I'm really looking forward to strip the weight later, the muscles will stand out in all directions!”
