Pamela, 42, from Ontario is an inspirational and experienced female bodybuilder who recently took a second at the 2013 OPA Ontario Provincial Championships.

Pamela Matthew's Muscle-Up Pam-Cakes
1/3 cup oatmeal
1tbsp Pb2 (powdered peanut butter – normal peanut butter can be used if necessary)
1 cup egg whites
Method (Pam's exact words!)
“Use a magic bullet or blender to mix all the above ingredients.
“Cook in fry pan as you would a pancake.
“Sprinkle with a bit of cinnamon. ENJOY!!!”
