Recipe for realfemalebodybuilding super-strength muscle-building protein cookies
1 cup (200g) Natural peanut butter
1 cup (90g) oats (quick-cook variety if possible)
1/2 cup (170g) Honey
1 cup protein powder of your choice (experiment a bit you could squeeze 2 cups in)
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl
Drop cookie-sized spoonfuls on waxed paper
Refrigerate for at least four hours.
Eat and grow!
(Tip: if the mix is too runny add more oats)
