So how do you build such amazing delts and pecs?
Well pumping iron for 32 years, as mother-of-three Irene Andersen has, is a great start... but if your upper body routine is getting a bit stale try throwing in a few sets of Irene's delt cables.
The exercise is similar to a normal cable crossover but you let the arms come back much further than usual to bring in the delts, upper back and even triceps.
A warning though, start very light indeed until you work out the right weight for you – this exercise can be quite fierce on the ligaments.
