1. Workout with someone who is in better shape than you
This helps you try keep up with them and pushes you to your limit
2. Set a Goal, and then pass it
Set a goal while you are in the gym and once you have reached it KEEP GOING! You will feel amazing that you have exceeded your goal.
3. Don't leave until your clothes are wet
If you haven't been sweating then you haven't done enough.
4. Get excited about going to the gym!
You are on your way to get a hot body! If you get excited about working out it makes it that much easier to actually go.
5. Do not stop!
Don't stop once you have reached your goal, make going to the gym a must and stick with it!
