And Sophie says her favorite exercise to get her pecs pumped to the max is good old flat bench dumbbell presses.
Of course the Swedish muscle phenomenon works her chest from every angle using a combination of low reps/ heavy weight and high reps/lighter weights.
But, showing a female bodybuilding wisdom beyond her years, Sophie believes the basics are what builds real muscle.
She says: “Training should not be fun, it should hurt and be f***ing tough, because then the results are all the more enjoyable.
“But sometimes it is fun and there are few muscle groups that are so fun to train as breasts.
“ I have heard many girls avoid exercising chest usually because they are afraid that they will get "big meaty pecs." However it is extremely difficult to get a pair of thick striated chest muscles.
“Girls who skip chest training are missing out – I would definitely put boobs in any training schedule. Indeed working chest will build new muscularity and actually give the boobs a little lift.
“Moreover, it is sick fun to pump your breasts! If there is any exercise that you should be strong in, so is the bench press!
“So girls, Do not be afraid of tit-training!”
